Manuel's first location, an industrial-looking place in the heart of downtown, invites folks to partake of campechana, a soup-like dish of seafood, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and serrano peppers. It also presents pollo en molé and Tex-Mex enchiladas and burritos.
